EMERGENCY TRANSPORT FROM WORKSITE NORTH OF EMERALD

11/06/20 – The #RACQ #CapRescue crew are currently returning from a worksite north of Emerald after being tasked by
Queensland Health
to transport a worker following a medical episode, which left the patient in an unconscious state.
The Rescue 300 crew received the emergency call just after 9am this morning before they departed for a work site 50kms north of Emerald with reports a worker was unconscious following a medical episode.
After the arrival of the onboard flight and medical crew arrived on scene, the patient was treated and stabilised for the emergency transportation to Emerald. The patient is currently en route to a Brisbane Hospital to receive further treatment.
