Man Injured In Crash

26/10/18 – At approximately 10.00pm, our service was tasked to attend a Primary Motor Vehicle Accident south of Gladstone where a male patient was injured. The QAS was first on scene to find the patient to be in a stable condition and still in the vehicle. QAS treated him for his initial injuries and transported him to a nearby oval in order for CapRescue to land and provide further assistance. Upon arrival to the field, the Rescue 300 medical team treated the patient for possible spinal injuries before he was taken to Rockhampton Base Hospital.
