Primary Horse Fall

22/06/20 – Just after 11am this morning, #RACQ #CapRescue was tasked by
Queensland Health to a property in the Raglan vicinity after reports a patient in their fifties had taken a fall from a horse and was suffering internal injuries.
Rescue 300 responded to the incident and landed at the scene shortly after 11.30am where they were met with a patient receiving initial treatment from Queensland Ambulance Service (QAS) personnel.
The patient received further treatment from the onboard medical crew prior to the flight to Rockhampton Hospital. It was suspected the patient had suffered a fractured collarbone and minor abrasions. They were airlifted in a stable condition for further scans and treatment.
